Terms of service

By creating an account or using PraxisAI (the “Service”) you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. Companies using the hiring side at enterprise.praxisai.site may also have a separate written agreement, which wins where the two conflict.

You sign in with a Google account or a one-time email link, and you must be at least 16. Every account is asked once to confirm this before using the Service; if you tell us you are under 16, we close the account and delete its data. One person, one account: keep it to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or from anyone under 16). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, email info@praxisai.site and we will delete it.

A round records your prompts, the agent's responses and tool calls, your edits, test runs, token use, timing, focus and visibility changes, and pastes into the editor (their size only), as described in the privacy policy. Recording starts only after you check the consent box on the session page and start the round; doing so means you agree to this recording. There is no unrecorded mode.

• New accounts receive a one-time welcome credit. It has no cash value.
• Plans (Starter, Pro, Max) are billed monthly or annually, in advance, through Stripe. A monthly plan adds its stated credit to your balance each month. An annual plan costs less than twelve monthly payments (the saving is shown before you subscribe) and adds the same monthly credit once a month for the twelve months of the year it pays for, not all at once. Top-ups add one-off credit.
• Rounds spend credit according to the tokens the agent uses, at the rate shown in the product. A round is capped at what your balance can pay for.
• Automatic renewal. A monthly plan renews automatically every month, and an annual plan renews automatically every year for another year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You agree to these renewal terms by checking the box next to the subscribe button, and we email you a confirmation with the plan, price, renewal frequency and how to cancel. For an annual plan we also email you a reminder about 30 days (and never fewer than 15 days) before each renewal, with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel.
• Canceling. Cancel anytime online in Billing → Manage billing; you never need to contact us to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (for an annual plan, the end of the year paid for, with its monthly credit still added until then): you keep the plan until then, are not charged again, and we email you a confirmation. If an annual payment is refunded, credit for the months the refund covers is not added, and a full refund ends the monthly credit. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once the credit has been added (credit already granted is not refunded), and unused credit has no cash value.
• Top-ups are a one-time charge with no renewal.
• We may change prices or rates for future periods with notice; changes never apply to credit you have already bought.

You must not:

• probe, attack or try to escape the sandboxed session environment, or use it for anything other than the round (for example mining, scanning or sending spam);
• try to get around token budgets, time limits, metering or the model gateway;
• try to extract hidden tests, reference solutions or grading logic;
• resell access, or use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

Using the built-in agent is the point. Having another person do the work, or publishing hidden-test solutions, is not. On rounds a company invited you to, possible violations are flagged with evidence for a person at that company to review; we never fail anyone automatically on a flag alone. We may remove leaderboard entries that appear to break these rules.

Challenges are derived from open-source projects and stay under their original licenses. Code you write is yours; you give us a non-exclusive license to store, analyze and display it to run the Service, produce your reports and improve scoring. The platform, scoring method and report formats are ours.

Do not post content you do not have the right to share. If you believe something on PraxisAI infringes your copyright, follow our copyright and DMCA policy to send a notice to our designated agent (info@praxisai.site). We remove material on a valid notice and close the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Companies may use candidate reports only to evaluate candidates who agreed to take their assessment, and must follow employment and data protection law where they hire. They are responsible for their own hiring decisions.

If you write a review, it must be your honest opinion of your own experience. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading, but we do not edit their content, and we never pay for reviews.

Scores summarize observed work using automated metrics and documented heuristics. They are guidance, not a verdict, and we do not promise they predict job performance. AI output can be wrong. The Service is provided “as is”, and environments can occasionally fail; if a round fails because of us, contact support and we will look into restoring the credit it used.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
